2. What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to respond to your inquiry or prepare a quotation:

• Name, company name and job title
• Email address and telephone number
• Message content and project requirements
• Technical drawings and files uploaded with a quote request
• IP address and browser metadata used solely for spam protection and security

3. Purposes and legal basis

Personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal grounds under KVKK Article 5:

• Responding to quote and contact requests — performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures
• Maintaining records and legal compliance — compliance with a legal obligation
• Ensuring site security and preventing spam — legitimate interest
• Anonymous analytics — explicit consent, managed separately through cookie preferences

4. Data retention

Quote request records, contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained for 1 year, after which they are securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or an ongoing contractual relationship. Analytics data is governed by our Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data is accessed only by authorised HEPTEKNIK personnel involved in sales, engineering and quality. Technical hosting is provided by Lovable Cloud / Supabase (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). For visitors who consent to analytics, Google may process anonymous data; see our Cookie Policy for details.

6. International transfers

Primary hosting is in the European Union. Where data is transferred outside Türkiye or the EEA (for example to Google for analytics), we rely on the adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable data-protection law.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, password-protected storage and regular backups. Uploaded technical drawings are stored in isolated project folders and are only accessible to authorised staff.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 (and the GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and receive a copy of your personal data. To exercise your rights, contact info@hepteknik.com.

9. Changes to this notice
